The Superyacht Agency was appointed by Boero Yacht Coatings to deliver an intelligence-led brand strategy project designed to strengthen the company’s position within the global superyacht coatings market. Through quantitative and qualitative research, competitor benchmarking and stakeholder engagement, the study examined brand perception, purchasing behaviour and specification decisions across both new-build and refit projects. The resulting intelligence identified opportunities to strengthen brand positioning, increase market share and refine Boero’s commercial strategy, providing a clear framework for future marketing, communications and industry engagement.
