Destination Planning & Infrastructure Strategy
The Superyacht Agency was commissioned by the Port Authority of the Northern Adriatic Sea to develop a long-term strategy for Venice’s superyacht infrastructure. Combining proprietary fleet intelligence with migration analysis, economic impact assessment and competitor benchmarking, the project assessed future market demand, berth utilisation and infrastructure requirements. The resulting intelligence provided a strategic framework to optimise berth provision, inform investment priorities and strengthen Venice’s competitive position, ensuring the city’s superyacht offering remains aligned with the long-term evolution of the global fleet.
