The Superyacht Agency’s Intelligence team was commissioned by IMM Yachting / Stonecrest Investors to assess the commercial viability of developing a dedicated superyacht refit and service centre in Puerto Rico. Using proprietary market intelligence, fleet forecasting and industry consultation, the study defined long-term demand for large yacht refit infrastructure across the Caribbean and North American markets. Migration analysis, financial forecasting, competitor benchmarking and stakeholder engagement enabled The Superyacht Agency to validate investment decisions, identify strategic partnerships and provide a roadmap for the development of a world-class refit hub aligned with the future needs of the global superyacht fleet.
