Gulf Craft tasked The Superyacht Agency with redefining its brand strategy across Gulf Craft, Majesty, Nomad, and Oryx. The goal was to sharpen brand positioning, clarify mission and purpose, and ensure each brand connected authentically with its audience. Through audits, workshops, and competitor analysis, the project aimed to strengthen market differentiation and unify the brands under a cohesive strategy. The Superyacht Agency delivered a clear brand strategy, defining brand hierarchies, audience segments, values, and messaging. We created mission statements, positioning frameworks, and tone-of-voice guides, aligning each brand’s identity. This work led to updated visual identities and detailed brand guidelines, giving Gulf Craft a strong, consistent platform for confident marketing and global growth.
