InNORvation was created as an invite-only, future-focused event in collaboration with DNV, designed to bring 50 senior industry leaders together for candid, strategic conversation. Set in Norway’s fjords, the brief was to create something beyond a boat show or conference — a space for open dialogue around innovation, energy and collaboration. The Superyacht Agency was tasked with shaping the full experience: audience curation, content development, and a communication strategy with lasting impact.
The Agency led the programme design, content strategy and VIP curation, combining digital, direct and social outreach to attract high-level attendees. We managed pre-event marketing, event moderation, concierge guest logistics and produced on-site content. With support from DNV, Kongsberg and others, we delivered a distinctive format blending keynote talks, group sessions and fjord-based exploration.
